I reached out for a product suggestion and got a quick response. So, I went ahead and ordered the Peplink 5G modem, which showed up right away and was in perfect condition. Not long after, I received a call from 5G Store to check if I got the product and if I had any questions or concerns. I didn’t have any since the installation was a breeze and it performed way better than my previous one. All in all, it was a top-notch experience all around.

Top-notch support and expertise in wireless internet. I got my first wireless router ages ago and was super happy with it. Over the years, I've ended up buying 3 more systems because their support and know-how have always been top-tier. Forget about the hassle with service providers; The 5G Store is definitely the way to go.

"A business that truly cares..."
I really appreciate a company that picks up the phone and has folks who know their stuff! I made a call, talked about some options, placed my order, and it arrived right at my doorstep, functioning just like it should. I definitely suggest 5GStore to my pals for any of their LTE internet backup requirements!

This was my initial experience with this company, and I was quite impressed by their expertise regarding the product. Jeff was the guy who helped me find a nearby supplier for an antenna. "Awesome deal on an excellent item"
Awesome deal on an excellent item, speedy shipping. I’ve got a couple of gripes though: first, the WiFi ends require an adapter to fit the Cradlepoint, and I’d rather have a short 6” cable instead of that adapter. Second, the free end of the cable should be around 12”-16” long. I had to cut back the bundle cover to make it work. Overall, it performs really well.

"Worried about buying because of old-school return rules"
I felt a bit anxious about ordering from 5gstore.com after checking out their return policies and FAQs. Thankfully, I'm pleased with what I got and relieved that I won't have to send it back and risk losing my hard-earned cash. If there had been a cheaper alternative, I might've gone with a different retailer because of those policies. Overall, the product meets my expectations.

Consistently dependable. Always approachable, with solid technical guidance. This crew really knows how to get it done. Over the past 5-7 years, I've probably bought around 12-15 items, and they are always the kind of folks you want to deal with. Plus, I can't forget to say, their support is way better than the manufacturer's for every product I've needed assistance with.

I just got my hotspot and I'm super pumped to find out if I can stream live TV on my boat with cellular data. For anyone interested, T Mobile offers a killer data plan—100 GB for just $50 a month. Once I set it up, I’ll drop another review to share how it goes.
